PARIS — Renault will increase its budget for salaries to offer workers a rise of 7.5 percent in 2023 to help cope with the rising cost of living, three sources familiar with the company’s proposal said.
The budget increase would equate to a net salary increase of 110 euros per month for about two thirds of the workforce, the sources said.
It would represent the biggest increase since 1992 at Renault, the sources added.
