Drunk Driver Unfazed By Slamming Pickup Into A Tree, Proceeds To Neatly Park It

Security camera footage has captured the moment that the alleged drunk driver of a pickup truck in Edmond, Oklahoma spectacularly slammed into a tree before proceeding to neatly park the mangled vehicle.

Video of the crash was captured by cameras at the nearby Edmond Motorwerks facility. It initially shows the driver of the pickup somehow losing control and sliding across an intersection and onto the opposite side of the road. The driver then hit a curb and the rear of the pickup immediately kicked out. Unable to correct the slide, the pickup slams into a tree, spinning it around and resting in the middle of the road.

Ordinarily, someone who has been involved in a serious crash like this wouldn’t dare to drive the car afterward. However, the drunk owner of this pickup doesn’t just proceed to continue driving it but they pulled into a parking lot and even went to the trouble of ensuring that they were still parked in between the lines.

It’s difficult to ascertain the full extent of the damages done to the pickup but we can see that much of the front fascia has been ripped off, including both of the headlights and the front grille. Additionally, plenty of steam or smoke can be seen billowing out of the engine bay.

We haven’t been able to come across any details about what happened after the driver pulled into the parking spot but they would have been wise to get the truck towed, rather than continuing to drive it and putting themselves and possibly other motorists in danger.
