Alpine CEO Laurent Rossi to speak at Automotive News Europe Congress

Europe

On June 13 and 14 in Paris, the annual Automotive News Europe Congress will host a series of top-level presentations, speakers and panel discussions on the theme of Making Sustainability Profitable.

Speakers will include experts and executives from Renault Group, Toyota, Stellantis, Polestar, Ford, Hyundai and more. Join us in Paris to be part of the discussion about key issues driving the industry’s growth and success during this transformative time.

Renault Group CEO Luca de Meo sees untapped potential in the Alpine brand, which was reborn in 2017 with the new A110 sports coupe. De Meo has united all of Renault’s racing efforts, including Formula One, under the Alpine name, and Renault brand models now have an Esprit Alpine trim level. Most important, Alpine will become a full-fledged passenger car brand, with a lineup of sporty EVs.

Laurent Rossi will lead Alpine’s expansion, with the first model, a full-electric hot hatch, to be revealed soon. It will be followed by sporty electric SUVs, and a new A110. Looking ahead, Alpine hopes to enter the U.S. market.

Hear about Alpine’s transition to a stand-alone brand from CEO Laurent Rossi at this year’s Automotive News Europe Congress.
