Two criminals entered a garage in Connecticut and assaulted the owner of an Aston Martin in his own garage with the entire scene caught on camera. Security footage shows the brazen thieves as they carjacked the Aston Martin that appears to be a DBS Volante just after the owner had parked it. Authorities in the area are warning residents about this type of dangerous crime and have scheduled a meeting to provide better information to the public.
The Westport Police Department in Connecticut said that the incident occurred on Sunday, September 17th, when two masked men stole the Aston Martin in our lead image at around 3:50 p.m. The owner had just pulled the car into his garage on Bayberry Lane when the men approached and a scuffle began. A camera in the garage catches about a minute of the altercation.
One of the masked men even opens the door of an Aston Martin DBX parked next to the convertible but abandons it when the owner puts up a fight. The video cuts off before the assailants take the expensive sports car but the owner reported the pair also leaving in a blue 2021 BMW 530i. Police later found out that it too was stolen. The Aston Martin owner reported minor injuries but declined medical attention.
