Canadian Realtor Gives A ‘Free’ New Porsche With Every Condo Sale | Carscoops
Canada’s Price Emery Group promises a free Porsche to buyers of million-dollar-plus condos but the details are hazy

Picture this: a condo building where you and all of your neighbors own and drive Porsches. Sounds like a Porschephile’s dream, right? Well, that won’t be too far from reality if Erin Price Emery, a realtor in Canada, gets her way. She’s rolled out a promotion that sweetens the deal for potential condo buyers by tossing in a “free” Porsche with every purchase.
The deal is available specifically through the Price Emery group, which adds that it’s not a lease on the car and that it will be yours to keep. Buyers can pick a condo in either Vancouver or from one of two in Montreal to take advantage of the offer. The details are still a bit hazy though as what Porsche model one gets isn’t really clear.

The ‘Car & Condo’ website for the Vancouver condo building simply states, “Purchase a condo and receive a Porsche,” while the other two in Montreal read “Purchase one condo valued at $1 million plus or two condos and receive a Porsche.” It’s worth noting that, according to the marketing material, whoever buys the penthouse at one of the properties is evidently in line to get a 911 GT3. A Taycan and Cayenne are also shown on the realtor’s website.
Digging a little bit deeper, the CURV building situated at 1083 Nelson Street in Vancouver, BC, Canada, is advertising starting prices from the “low CA$1,000,000” range (equivalent to around US$742,000 at current exchange rates).
The estimated completion date for this upscale residential structure is in the winter of 2029. The CURV complex is set to rise to 60 stories and will comprise 358 condos ranging from one to three bedrooms. Notably, it’s said to be the world’s tallest Passive House, thanks to its cutting-edge green building technology that can reduce heating and cooling energy consumption by up to 90% compared to conventional buildings.
Interested parties can attend a special event, where they’ll be able to secure a condo and the free car that comes with it on March 3 at 688 Terminal Ave in Vancouver. That just so happens to be the location of the Porsche Center Vancouver. According to the invitation, guests will also be able to win all sorts of prizes including a trip for two to Germany, a Rolex watch, and designer handbags.
There are still some pretty big unknown factors surrounding this whole marketing ploy. For instance, how much of a say does one get once they sign on the dotted line? Do they just get whatever Porsche that Erin thinks they should have? Perhaps there’s a hat and they draw a name out of it!
We’ve reached out to Erin for more details and will update this post if we hear back.
