Is This Storm Hit 2022 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye With 9k Miles Worth Fixing? | Carscoops
The low-mileage Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye may have a salvage title but could be easily repaired

The Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody is one of the craziest sedans in existence and now could be the perfect time to buy one at a relatively affordable price.
This particular Charger has been listed up for auction through IAAI and has clearly seen better days. However, that doesn’t mean its time on Earth is over and while the full extent of the damage isn’t known, at least some of it could be repaired quite easily.
IAAI lists the car’s actual cash value at $89,713 and at the time of writing this article, someone had already bid $40,025 for the car. The listing states that the Dodge has a salvage title in Mississippi. It was salvaged after receiving damage in a storm but it is unclear if this included any water damage. If it didn’t then that’s good news for anyone interested in buying it.
In terms of exterior damage, all we can see is that the front passenger-side wheel arch extension has been torn off and that the hood has been badly dented. The car’s rear window is also missing but it can be replaced quite easily. Further adding to the appeal of the car is that it has just 9,672 miles (15,565 km) on the clock.

The salvage title will likely steer away some potential buyers but in Mississippi, a vehicle can be issued with a rebuilt title as long as all the necessary vehicle repairs are done. Given that someone has already placed a $40,000 bid on the car, it’s safe to assume that they want to repair it and return it to the road.

There’s a lot to like about the Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody from its dramatic bodywork to its simple interior. However, the main appeal of it is the engine, a monstrous 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that churns out 797 hp and 707 lb-ft (958 Nm) of torque.
