The driver of a Lamborghini Urus in Canada has discovered first-hand that no matter how quick your car may be, successfully eluding police is extremely difficult. Nevertheless, the driver remained committed to the cause, even after one of the tires of the super SUV blew out.
Footage from Canada’s York Regional Police reveals the chase started on a large highway, which fortunately appears to have been relatively quiet at the time. Soon after, the Lamborghini ended up in a small cul-de-sac, and while they were blocked by a large Ford F-Series police cruiser, they snuck through and sped away.

Authorities say the Lamborghini then re-emerged back on a highway where it hit speeds exceeding 124 mph (200 km/h). After hitting an unspecified tire deflation device, one of the front tires blew, and with a police helicopter in pursuit, it can be seen spinning off the wheel and rolling down the road. The Urus lost its tire at approximately 85 mph (137 km/h), but despite that, the driver kept on driving, spewing out plums of sparks along the way.
After driving on the rim for over 15 minutes, the reckless driver and passengers pulled into a parking lot alongside a silver SUV. They can be seen casually getting out of their vehicles, seemingly oblivious that a helicopter with night vision was watching their every move. Before long, ground units arrived and arrested those involved.
Police say that at one stage of the pursuit, the Urus driver drove into several marked cruisers, although this portion of the video has been cut.
Officers have charged 21-year-old Samuel Ugbo-Adeosun with dangerous operation, flight from a peace officer, and failure to stop after accidents, while 22-year-old Keenan Adu has been charged with assaulting a police officer with a weapon after running over a police officer’s foot.
