If you own a Chevy Corvette, chances are you may have considered modifying and upgrading it. Not only is there a huge aftermarket scene for the iconic American sports car, but it responds well to tweaks, whether you’re looking to turn it into a straight-line warrior for the drag strip or prepping it for use on a racetrack. However, we’re not sure how the Corvette responds to various off-road-focused modifications like those visible on this example.
This photo of a rather intriguing ‘Vette was recently shared online and it’s certainly one of the crazier ones we’ve come across. I mean, just look at those wheels.

The ‘Vette’s owner has jacked up the ride height of the car and ditched the standard wheels in favor of a set of shoes that’d be better suited to a big SUV or pickup truck. These wheels are clad in mud terrain tires and poke out several inches from the car’s fenders. It might look quite good with some aftermarket fenders to complement these new wheels, but, alas, it doesn’t have any.
As you can see in the Reddit post, the owner has also installed striking louvers over the rear window of the C6. Look closely, and you may also notice a ‘Trail Boss’ sticker on the rear quarter panel. The car has a license plate that reads ‘4x4C6’, but it’s unclear if the car has actually been converted to four-wheel drive as the plate would suggest. If it has, then that makes it much cooler.
