Mobility reporter is an award winner

Molly Boigon has joined Automotive News as a transportation and mobility reporter in New York.

Boigon, 28, previously covered K-12 education at WGBH Radio in Boston and worked as an investigative reporter at the Forward, a Jewish newspaper in New York, where she won a Rockower Award for her analysis of coronavirus positivity rates by neighborhood. She was also the lead reporter on an NBC News investigation about labor trafficking on U.S. military bases.

Boigon has a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology and human development from Boston College and a master’s degree from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY with a business and economics reporting specialty and a data journalism concentration.
