The Avenger might not be coming to America anytime soon, but the first fully electric vehicle from Jeep is now shipping to customers in Europe and people are spotting hidden details not previously revealed.
First spotted by the folks over at Periodismodelmoto who shared these photos with us, the list of Easter eggs on the Jeep Avenger is fairly lengthy. Like most modern products from the brand, callbacks to the Willys days are pretty obvious.
First, a seven-slot grille and headlights sit at the end of a spoke on each wheel. Then, a similar emblem hides in plain sight inside of the grille itself. That’s right, Jeep hid a grille inside of a grille.

It’s not the only Easter egg in the grille. Smack dab in the center where the radar sensor sits you’ll find a compass with coordinates on it. Those point to the city of Turin, Italy, where the Avenger was designed.
Interestingly, the one place that we’ve come to expect a Willys Jeep has a totally new Easter egg. That spot is on the edge of the windshield. Instead of the old SUV now we see the silhouette of a child looking up into the night sky with a telescope. How can we be sure it’s a night sky? Well, in the opposite corner of the windshield Jeep has some stars.

The rear glass has another Easter egg of its own. This time it’s a small mountainous silhouette with what looks like a small cityscape in the bottom section. We can’t really say what, if any real-world city it’s supposed to be but maybe you can help us out there. What we do know is that there’s a real bug portrayed in the roof molding of the Avenger. It’s a ladybug and concludes our tour of nature-inspired Easter eggs on the Avenger.
One final pseudo-Easter egg is only viewable with the door open. It’s a small Jeep wordmark on the end of the dash. That spot is becoming more commonplace for automakers to stick special little symbols and marks so we’re not totally surprised by it here.
