 We’re Driving A $113K Loaded 2025 Infiniti QX80—Ask Us Anything

  • The 2025 Infiniti QX80 starts at $82,450 but our test model costs $112,590.
  • Every QX80 features a powerful 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine producing 450 horsepower.
  • Our test vehicle includes heated, ventilated, and massaging seats for ultimate comfort.

Infiniti might be struggling to rack up sales the way it did a decade ago, but change could be on the horizon. The all-new 2025 QX80 marks a dramatic shift from the previous generation, and we’re about to spend a week testing it. As we do, we’re opening the floor to you—ask us anything about this $112,590 SUV, and we’ll give you the honest truth.

Notably, not every QX80 will set you back six figures. It starts at $82,450 and no matter what one spends, they’ll end up with the same powertrain. That consists of a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that makes 450 horsepower (336 kW) and 516 lb-ft (699 Nm) of torque. That power routes to the ground via a nine-speed automatic gearbox. Rear-wheel drive is standard but four-wheel drive is also available.

Our test car is the flagship Autograph trim that starts from $110,595 before a $1,995 destination and delivery fee. It’s about as nice as it gets though and comes standard with air suspension, 22-inch wheels, open-pore ash wood trim, dual 14.3-inch displays for infotainment and driver information, a 9-inch HVAC control screen, a heads-up display, and a 24-speaker Klipsch sound system.

Maybe the most impressive bit is that the first and second-row seats all benefit from heating, ventilation, and a massage function. The second and third-row seats are all power-adjustable too and the front-seat occupants can control them from the infotainment system to help passengers into and out of the third row.

Infiniti even includes an onboard dash cam recorder with video that monitors every side of the car and even the interior. A sonar system at each end of the car adds a bit of safety too. Of course, just about every driver-assist system is present too, including adaptive cruise control and lane-centering assist.

With all that in mind, we’re ready for your questions about the latest and greatest Infiniti. Post them in the comment section below, and we’ll answer as soon as our test drive is complete.
